Job summary

Capstone LLC (US) is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Environmental Services team. This role emphasizes strong quantitative and analytical work to assess how environmental regulation, market dynamics, and policy developments affect companies, industries, and investments.

You will research and analyze sectors, interact with clients and stakeholders, and develop differentiated insights to guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree required; degrees in finance, economics, mathematics, business, or other quantitative disciplines are preferred
• 1–2 years of professional experience for Associate candidates, including candidates with relevant experience directly out of a Master's program
• Relevant experience in quantitative consulting, investment banking, private equity, equity research, corporate strategy, turnaround/restructuring advisory, or a related field
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical capabilities
• Strong academic achievement
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Analyze environmental services sector, identify differentiated insights and investment opportunities
• Evaluate companies, industries, regulatory developments, market trends, and financial data
• Prepare research deliverables and client-ready analyses
• Interact with clients, industry participants, policymakers, and other stakeholders
• Apply rigorous analysis to investment decisions and communicate key takeaways clearly
