The candidate will monitor federal and state policies and interact with policymakers, regulators, and investors across the U.S. energy market.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in energy policy, oil & gas, geothermal, consulting, banking, policy analysis, investment analysis, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge covering oil & gas and/or geothermal energy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop unique investment ideas based on rigorous policy analysis.
• Monitor federal and state energy policies, regulations and political developments affecting oil & gas, geothermal energy, and related energy markets.
• Interact with politicians, regulators, policymakers, industry stakeholders, and investors across the U.S. energy sector.
• Assess how regulatory and political developments may affect companies, industries, and investment opportunities.
