Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting a heavy industrial manufacturer in Nashville-area search for an Environmental Manager. The role is based about 30 minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN and is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.

You will support three production sites across KY, TN and MO, oversee regulatory compliance, and lead ongoing development of the environmental systems while coordinating with plant EHS Generalists. Travel 40-50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing major air source Title V Part 70 permits
• Permitting and reporting experience

• Oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO) and reporting to Corporate EHS Director
• Lead ongoing development and improvement of environmental systems
• Collaborate with plant EHS Generalists to ensure site compliance
• Travel 40–50% as needed
