Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Lead Consultant for the Mergers & Acquisitions team in the US. The role supports environmental due diligence on deals, reviews compliance across multiple environmental programs, and requires travel to facilities for site visits. The position offers the option to be based in New York City or Princeton, NJ, with hybrid flexibility.

Applicants must have a B.S. in a relevant engineering or science field and 7+ years of Phase I ESA experience. No sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• B.S. in civil, environmental, chemical engineering or related science.
• 7+ years in Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews.
• Travel-capable for short business trips and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental due diligence reviews for M&A and other transactions.
• Support compliance programs across hazardous waste, water, air, EPCRA, and related areas.
• Travel to facilities for site visits and client meetings as needed.
• Support multiple projects and contribute to proposals and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior team members and help quality-deliverables.
