Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental assessments of facilities to support high-profile M&A transactions.
• Perform desktop reviews to support fast-track transactions.
• Evaluate business risks from environmental liabilities and draft scopes of work for follow-on investigations.
• Prepare technical reports communicating review findings.
• Assist clients in meeting environmental regulatory and permitting obligations.
