Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Lead Consultant for its Mergers & Acquisitions team in the New York City or Princeton office. You will conduct Phase I ESAs, perform regulatory compliance reviews, and assist with post-transaction integration. Travel and client-facing work are essential.

Minimum 7+ years in ESAs and environmental diligence, with a B.S. in engineering or environmental science. Involves driving complex projects in a fast-paced transactional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. degree in an engineering or science discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience with Phase I ESAs and compliance reviews.
• Willingness to travel and support multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Phase I ESAs and environmental due diligence.
• Perform desktop reviews, site visits, and interviews.
• Prepare ASTMs-compliant Phase I reports for clients.
• Provide compliance support across regulatory programs.
• Travel for local and USA-wide site visits.
