MGA Research Corporation in Burlington, WI is seeking an Environmental & Lifecycle Test Technician to join our Main Lab. This entry-level role supports environmental and life-cycle testing of batteries, cells, and materials, under the guidance of engineers and customers.

You will monitor environmental chambers, operate test equipment, perform basic maintenance, and help execute tests from setup to teardown while maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience with general computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to independently start tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute daily tasks independently.
• Monitor machines such as environmental chambers and vibration tables.
• Identify and resolve problems occurring throughout testing cycles.
• Support end-to-end test execution including setup, operational troubleshooting, and post-test teardown, in collaboration with engineers and customers.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration units, and general machinery.
• Communicate with internal teams and global customers to align testing requirements.

Test Technician Main Lab Location: Burlington, Wisconsin

We are currently seeking career-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as full-time Entry Level Test Technicians.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
