You will lead projects, mentor juniors, and help shape the future of the firm. You will manage site assessments and remediation, collaborate with clients and regulators, and develop budgets, schedules, and deliverables while expanding client relationships and firm

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of environmental consulting experience.
• Phase I and Phase II ESAs experience.
• Vapor intrusion assessment experience.
• NC Brownfields and voluntary cleanup programs.
• Experience working with North and South Carolina regulators.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental assessment and remediation projects from planning through completion.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and project teams to drive outcomes.
• Develop technical strategies, budgets, schedules, and high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for junior staff.
• Build relationships with clients and contribute to project growth opportunities.
• Identify ways to improve processes and support firm-wide initiatives.
