You will build client relationships, collaborate with regulators, and help shape the future of the firm through process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of environmental consulting experience.
• Strong experience with environmental site assessment and remediation, including Phase I and Phase II ESAs, vapor intrusion assessment.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies in NC/SC.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset and drive for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental assessment and remediation projects from planning through completion.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and project teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Develop technical strategies, budgets, schedules, and high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for junior staff.
• Build relationships with clients and contribute to project growth opportunities.
• Identify ways to improve processes and support firm-wide initiatives.
