Qualifications

• Active California Bar license
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong writing, research and analytical abilities
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team

Responsibilities

• Advise public and private clients on environmental and land use matters
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Review CEQA and NEPA compliance documents
• Participate in litigation from discovery through resolution
• Attend hearings, meetings, and administrative proceedings
• Work closely with partners on sophisticated matters
