Job summary

W3Global is seeking an Environmental Lab Manager for its New Castle, Delaware facility. You will provide leadership to ensure compliance of laboratory operations, oversee QA programs, and supervise staff to maintain QC data and audits.

The role focuses on soil, water, and oil analyses, with responsibility for QA program development and ongoing quality control reviews. The position requires BS/BA in Biology or Chemistry or related field, and 3–5 years of supervisory and management experience,

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Biology/Chemistry or related field.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• 3–5 years management experience.
• 5–10 years analytical experience or related technical field.
• Supervisory responsibility: Supervises multiple personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure compliance of laboratory operations.
• Maintain workflow to meet Turnaround Time (TAT) and improve functionality.
• Oversee QA program, QC data, audits, and deficiencies.
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance program and QC controls.
