Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) seeks an Analyst I to prepare and analyze environmental samples following EPA methods and Eurofins SOPs. The role emphasizes GMP/GLP compliance, routine testing, data recording, and instrument operation.

Typical hours are M-F, 9am–6pm, with potential extra hours. Pay rate is $19–$20/hour with full-time benefits including medical, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• BS or BA or Associate Degree in chemistry or related field; 3 years of lab experience may substitute for degree.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.
• Performs routine lab tasks: preparing samples, chemical analysis, data calculation, recording and reporting data, instrument maintenance.
• Complies with health, safety and quality assurance standards.
• Ability to operate complex instrumentation (GC, GC-MS, AAS, ICP).
• Works under supervision and handles aliquots, weighs samples, washes glassware.
