Job summary

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environment Testing is seeking an Analyst I to prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard EPA methods. The role is based in Lancaster, PA, with training offsite at the Richmond, VA lab and regular weekday hours.

The candidate will perform sample prep, chemical analysis, data recording and instrument maintenance while following GMP/GLP and QA standards. A BS/BA in chemistry or related field is required, with 3 years lab experience as an acceptable

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field.
• Laboratory experience is preferred.
• Must be willing to train in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis using standard techniques.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to the supervisor.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance.
• Work under close supervision using routine methods.
