Job summary

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Environment Testing is hiring an Analyst I to prepare and analyze environmental samples using EPA methods. You will work at the Lancaster, PA facility with potential offsite training in Richmond, VA, under supervision and QA guidelines.

The role requires a BS/BA in chemistry (or 3 years lab substitute), strong attention to safety, and ability to perform routine analyses with GC, AAS, ICP, and related systems. Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in chemistry or related field; 3 years laboratory experience may substitute for degree.
• Laboratory experience is helpful; production-oriented work helps meet deadlines.
• Willingness to train in Richmond, VA and work at Lancaster, PA lab.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Apply GMP/GLP wherever appropriate.
• Prepare samples using standard techniques and perform chemical analysis.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to supervisor.
• Perform routine instrument maintenance and housekeeping.
• Operate under close supervision with standard methods.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and QA standards.
