The New School's Tishman Environment and Design Center invites a Research Associate to work with climate and environmental justice leaders on fellowship and research projects during a year-long program. You will assist with literature reviews, interviews, and data gathering, supporting Fellows and staff throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Experience with climate and environmental justice organizations or communities.
• Ability to conduct collegiate-level research and writing on EJ topics.
• Experience with geospatial data using ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Experience in communications support for grassroots organizations (writing/graphics).
• Provide writing, design, or research samples.

Responsabilités

• Assist with literature reviews, surveys, and interviews.
• Support dissemination and socialization of outputs (one-pagers, presentations).
• Contribute to planning workshops and coordination with Fellows.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.
