Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research permits, zoning laws, and regulations affecting Formosa plant in St. James Parish, Louisiana.
• Analyze Environmental Impact Statement requirements and data collection for community monitoring.
• Create accessible materials explaining legal aspects of the project.
• Draft and share public comment materials for EIS and other commenting opportunities.
