Job summary

ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTHCARE & FACILITIES SBU in Exton, PA is seeking a Recruiter I to own full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions, sourcing candidates from job boards, social networks, referrals, associations and cold calls, and presenting offers through the ATS.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, negotiate salary within approved ranges, and maintain compliant records while supporting government-contract recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recruiting, administrative, or human resources experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities required to manage multiple openings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced government-contract recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for openings.
• Coordinate salary discussions within approved ranges with candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Maintain ATS records and candidate communications to ensure data integrity.
• Assist Credentialing and background checks as needed for hires.
