Job summary

Tuscarawas County Health Department is seeking an Environmental Health Specialist in Dover, Ohio. Qualifications

• Graduated with a degree in environmental science or related field with required science courses.
• Possess an active Environmental Health Specialist License from the Ohio Department of Health.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate compliance with public health regulations.
• Provide technical assistance and training to staff and public.
• Research public health issues and prepare summaries.
