We are seeking a talented Environmental Health and Safety Senior Project Manager to support our National EHS Practice. This position offers remote work with occasional client visits.

Join our team managing national environmental, health, and safety compliance projects, including air emissions permitting, program development, and ongoing EHS compliance for diverse clients. We value candidates with a strong work ethic, excellent client service skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage diverse projects independently
  • Communicate directly with clients on project and proposal development
  • Utilize project management software for budgeting, staffing, invoicing, and accounts receivable
  • Engage with regulatory agencies
  • Lead and mentor staff
  • Conduct client training
  • Contribute to business development and proposal writing
  • Evaluate EHS regulatory compliance and conduct audits
  • Perform regulatory applicability evaluations
  • Interpret and apply EHS regulations across industries
  • Support on-site client operations, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
  • Develop and improve EHS programs and reports
  • Deliver training presentations
  • Travel up to 15% to client sites

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
  • At least 10 years of EHS consulting experience
  • 5+ years in project management, client development, and management
  • Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations
  • Experience developing EHS written programs
  • Proficiency in EHS reporting and MS Office
  • Personal vehicle for site visits
