Job Description

The EHS Manager ensures all employees perform their duties in a safe manner and healthy environment. They evaluate potential risks, perform behavioral audits, initiate safety policies in collaboration with the plant leadership team, frontline leaders, Corporate EHSS and in compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA safety regulations.
The EHS Manager also oversees and participates in accident investigations to determine root cause and required corrective actions. They foster an EHS environment of collaboration and active participation with all employees.
In conjunction with the Regional EHSS Manager, the EHS Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and enforcing the organization's Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) policies and procedures.
The EHS Manager is on-site in South Haven, Michigan.
