Job summary

Fay, S&B USA Construction is seeking a Summer 2027 Environmental Health and Safety Intern to support our Pennsylvania jobsites under the Regional Safety Coordinator. This role offers hands-on safety exposure on complex infrastructure projects across the Mid-Atlantic.

You will participate in trainings, assist with safety walks, incident investigations, and daily hazard assessments, with a focus on safety culture and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least one year in an accredited program.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support jobsites in Pennsylvania under the Regional Safety Coordinator.
• Assist with monthly employee safety training and orientation.

Position Summary

As an Environmental Health and Safety Intern for Fay, S&B USA you will be a part of a team supporting our jobsites in Pennsylvania and work closely with our Regional Safety Coordinator.

Responsibilities/Functions

• Conduct a variety of assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with monthly employee safety training and new hire orientation.
• Participate in weekly safety walks as part of a team.
• Investigate EHS related incidents.

Basic Qualifications

• Completion of one year in an accredited institution and working toward your bachelor's degree in an EHS related program.

Preferred Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
