Fay, S&B USA Construction in Maryland is seeking Field/Project Operations Interns for Summer 2027. The program offers exposure to material orders, coordination with subcontractors, safety and scheduling activities, and hands-on work with plans, quantities, and field methods.
Interns will shadow surveyors and GPS/robotics setups, use BlueBeam/AutoCAD/Site IQ, observe cost control processes, and may transition to full-time roles after graduation.

We provide our intern students with the chance to learn various aspects of the construction process. Our interns are assigned meaningful duties, which help advance the efforts of the company and give the students a broad introduction to the field of Civil Engineering.
