CDM Smith is seeking a Geologist Intern to join our Environmental Services Group in Concord, CA. You will support the team by researching, compiling, and analyzing scientific data, and perform routine tasks such as proofreading and copying technical reports and specifications, with opportunities for fieldwork.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Hydrology, Geology, or a related science. Travel is 10% or less.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Hydrology, Geology, or a related science is required.

Responsibilities

• Research, compile, and analyze scientific data for project support.
• Proofread and copy technical and non-technical reports, specifications, and other administrative documents.
• Participate in fieldwork and site investigations, including basic geophysical testing.
