Job summary
CDM Smith is seeking a Geologist Intern to join our Environmental Services Group in Denver, CO. You will support the team by researching, compiling, and analyzing scientific data, and perform routine tasks such as proofreading and copying technical and non-technical reports.
Interns may participate in fieldwork and site investigations, including basic geophysical testing, rock/soil classification and testing.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Hydrology, Geology, or a related science degree is required.
- Interest in environmental fieldwork and data analysis.
- Ability to work in Denver, Colorado area.
Responsibilities
- Research, compile, and analyze scientific data for projects.
- Proofread and copy technical and non-technical reports and specifications.
- Assist in fieldwork and site investigations, including basic geophysical testing.
