Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Environmental Geologist for the Mountain West Region of the United States. The role blends field (30-50%) and office work, offering mentorship and growth as you support baseline surveys, permitting, and environmental site characterization.

You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and technical experts on a variety of projects, ensuring health and safety and contributing to the team’s success and quality of life improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science in Geology, Hydrogeology, or closely related field.
• 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with planning and executing baseline surveys, permitting, data evaluations, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct fieldwork including soil sampling, groundwater sampling, and well installation, with safety as a priority.
• Write and assist with technical reports, work plans, and memoranda.
• Analyze field data and interpret results using standard software.
