Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Geologist II to join our environmental team. You will collect, synthesize and document data from investigated areas and provide field support as needed, with safety and high quality in a fast-paced setting.

You will perform site inspections, data evaluation, prepare technical documentation, and help develop permits and compliance strategies while mentoring junior geologists and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in geology or environmental sciences.
• Experience with environmental site investigations and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, investigations, and data collection per guidelines.
• Prepare and review technical evaluations and project documentation.
• Provide field support and supervise-site activities.
• Assist in obtaining and updating environmental permits and permits-related documents.
• Mentor junior Geologist staff and promote safety culture.
