Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services in the Western United States is seeking a dedicated employee to join our environmental services team. The role focuses on emergency response, hazardous waste handling, and facility cleanup, with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include spill response, waste transport, and industrial cleaning, performed with our internal resources. Strong safety mindset and ability to work long hours, including nights or weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some environmental services industry experience preferred.
• HAZWOPER certification required (40 hours).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety as a core value.
• Perform emergency response cleanup for chemical and water spills.
• Sweep, dig, shovel, lift, and handle drums for cleanup.
• Operate cleanup equipment used in hazardous waste activities.
• Follow procedures for storage of hazardous substances.
• Attend safety training as required.
• Respond to 24/7 Emergency calls when on standby.
• Work long hours including night or weekend shifts.
