Based along the U.S. eastern and Gulf coasts, we perform tasks ranging from routine maintenance with vacuum trucks and high-pressure washers to large-scale site remediation and abatement. Job Summary

The Environmental Field Laborer (Field Tech) must work in compliance on remediation and industrial maintenance projects, adhering to corporate policies, health and safety protocols, and all applicable regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform field work in remediation and industrial maintenance projects under supervision.
• Accurately complete all required documentation, including timesheets, work reports, driver logs, and safety meeting forms.
• Understand and operate within the scope of work to ensure compliance with contract documents, schedules, and policies.
• Work safely at all times.
• Perform tasks in confined or varying spaces, involving squatting and crawling.
• Follow directions, read and understand English, and interpret safety signs and hazard labels.
• Safely operate and perform safety checks on all licensed vehicles.
• Be prepared for out-of-town travel, potentially for two weeks or more.
• Comply with company and client safety standards.
• Adapt to environmental conditions, working outdoors year-round, often in extreme weather and environments.
• Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain personal hygiene standards, including being clean-shaven to ensure respirator seals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent skills.
• Experience in emergency response, manual labor, construction, or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• TWIC certification preferred.
• OSHA 40-HR HAZWOPER and Confined Space Entry certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
• Successful completion of background, drug screening, and MVR checks, with ongoing compliance throughout employment.
