Job summary

Univar Solutions in Boulder, CO is seeking an Environmental Field Specialist II to serve on customer sites, coordinating waste management and logistics while ensuring compliance with RCRA, DOT and EPA regulations. You will operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments, oversee subcontractors, and prepare shipping paperwork.

Requirements include knowledge of hazardous waste regulations, CDL if required, Hazwoper certification, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must understand and apply RCRA, DOT, EPA regulations for hazardous waste.
• Able to perform site inspections and audits.
• CDL license if required; driving record must be good.
• Must complete 40-hour Hazwoper training.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments.
• Coordinate waste pickups and paperwork for hazardous waste.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure safety on customer sites.
• Prepare shipment paperwork and coordinate with TSDF facilities.
• Track waste profiles and resolve issues with internal teams.
