Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for our Danville, VA team. You will oversee field projects, manage safety on site, and coordinate decontamination of labs and manufacturing spaces while supporting sales with scope and pricing.

Ideal candidates will travel 30–50% of the time, manage field crews, and participate in emergency response. OSHA 30 and HAZWOPER certifications are highly valued for this safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field service projects in environmental services.
• Ability to travel 30–50% for field assignments.
• Experience with laboratory and manufacturing decontamination.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste regulations and safety practices.
• Willingness to participate in emergency response teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise environmental field service projects from start to finish.
• Travel 30–50% to support field service projects.
• Ensure site safety and supervise field technicians.
• Oversee decontamination in labs and manufacturing spaces.
• Provide job scope and pricing input to sales; manage profitability.
• Participate in emergency response coordination as needed.
• Lead site safety programs and oversee PPE use.
• Report to designated office within 1 hour during on-call shifts.
