Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Field Services Supervisor in Danville, VA to lead environmental field projects, ensure safety, and support decontamination efforts across laboratories and manufacturing spaces. This hands-on role requires travel and strong leadership in dynamic field settings.

You will coordinate job scope, pricing, and profitability while overseeing field crews, emergency response, and compliance with hazardous materials regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior field service experience in environmental services or related industries.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% to support field projects.
• Experience with decontamination of laboratories and manufacturing spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform environmental field service projects from start to finish.
• Oversee site safety and field technicians on projects.
• Assist with decontamination of biosafety cabinets and spaces as needed.
• Provide scope, pricing details, and profitability insights for sales support.
• Participate in emergency response teams and coordinate responses as required.
• Lead site emergencies and oversee containment and safety procedures.
• Manage confined space entries and permit processes onsite.
• Oversee underground and above-ground storage tanks while on site.
• Conduct sample collection and monitoring, including waste and unknown samples.
