Triumvirate Environmental in Raleigh, NC is seeking a hands-on Field Service Supervisor to lead environmental field service projects in the region. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with the sales team on scope and pricing for waste management and decontamination projects.

Ideal candidates have field supervision experience in environmental services, proficient in safety protocols, and willing to travel extensively.

Qualifications

Prior field service experience in environmental services.
Ability to travel 30–50% to support projects.
Confined Space Entry training required.
HAZMAT handling experience.
Must meet safety-sensitive requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise and perform environmental field service projects from commencement and completion.
Travel 30%-50% of the time to support Field Service projects.
Oversight of job site safety and field technicians.
Oversee decontamination of laboratories and manufacturing spaces.
Provide job scope details and pricing in support of the sales team.
Participate on emergency response teams and coordinate as required.
Provide leadership to the site Emergency and participate on emergency response teams.
Oversee confined space entries and storage tanks operations.
Conduct sample collection and monitoring including various sampling.
Maintain overall professionalism and delivery of high-quality service.
