Qualifications

• Previous experience in a physically intensive role.
• Supervisory or crew lead experience.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call for emergency response.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and medical clearance as required.
• Facilitate compliance with OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards.
• Ability to communicate manpower and resources for field projects.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor the Field Service Technicians.
• Execute projects within budget and on time.
• Enforce OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards.
• Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and use PPE.
• Attend safety update meetings.
• Complete paperwork such as worksheets and inspections.
• Be on-call for emergency response on rotating basis.
• Safely load/unload hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
