Qualifications

Experience supervising field personnel in hazardous or industrial environments.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor field projects and emergency response tasks.
Willingness to travel overnight as required.
Ability to communicate effectively with teams and coordinators.
Compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA/EPA).
Must pass background check, drug test, and medical requirements.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of Field Technicians and oversight of emergency response activities.
Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
Enforce OSHA, EPA, and H&S regulations across sites.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources with the Coordinator.
Perform site safety briefings, PPE use, and safety observation tasks.
Handle field sampling, calibration, and documentation as needed.
Be available on-call for emergency response on rotation.
