Cameron-Cole, an ADEC Innovation company, is seeking an Environmental Field Project Manager in Pensacola, FL. This full-time role focuses on field investigations, sampling, data analysis, and regulatory compliance, with supervision of junior staff and hands-on site work.

The role requires a BS in Engineering/Environmental Science/Geology and 5–10 years of environmental experience, with HAZWOPER training and a valid license. Competitive benefits and salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in environmental assessment, site investigations, or remediation.
• Hands-on experience with soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring well installation oversight, subsurface investigations, environmental sample collection, and field documentation.
• Phase I and Phase II ESA experience preferred.
• HAZWOPER certification and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned projects, including budget tracking, invoice approval, and team management.
• Supervising the collection of samples for analysis following approved field sampling plans.
• Reviewing lab analytical reports for accuracy and QA/QC compliance.
• Designing and performing site investigations compliant with regulations.
• Prepares environmental reports and presentations with tables, charts, and graphs.
• Participating in proposal and budget creation processes.
• Supervises junior staff during field activities and project execution.
