Job summary

Garver is seeking an Environmental Field Lead to provide field data collection, environmental studies support, and NEPA documentation for infrastructure projects in Frisco. The role involves leading field teams, coordinating transportation-related NEPA work, and preparing reports and regulatory permits.

The Environmental Field Lead will collaborate with Garver’s Planning and Environmental Team to deliver high‑quality environmental services and expand project capabilities across multiple business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in planning or environmental sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or 2 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with planning and/or project development under NEPA, especially for transportation projects.
• Wetland and Stream delineation certification (40-hour course).
• Proficiency in technical writing and strong communication for team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Natural Resources field teams on projects across water resources and related field efforts.
• Review and apply NEPA compliance procedures.
• Prepare technical reports, planning studies, and NEPA documents.
• Prepare regulatory permits and approvals in compliance with environmental laws.
