Job summary

Onterris is seeking an Environmental Field Supervisor to support emergency response and non-ER projects. You will lead field teams, oversee data collection and reporting, and collaborate with project managers and directors to ensure high-quality environmental data.

The role requires environmental science background, HAZWOPER, and clearances, with extensive travel and deployment. Location is flexible within the United States for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, biology, geology, or other related science.
• HAZWOPER certification is required.
• DISA and TWIC clearances are required or obtainable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Performs as field lead on environmental response and projects with oversight from project managers and project technical directors.
• Leads field personnel to ensure data and documentation are high quality and that the team is trained.
• Assists in writing work plans and project deliverables; ensures field procedures are followed.
• Coordinates with project managers, data managers and quality managers to ensure timely, high-quality data deliverables.
• Supports environmental training, equipment maintenance, and internal documentation templates.
