Roux Consulting seeks an entry-level Environmental Field Technician to support the project team with field sampling and data collection activities at sites in Burlington, MA. You will work under supervision to perform sampling and assist with report preparation, data tables, and figures.

This role emphasizes field safety, teamwork, and calibration of equipment, with opportunities for hands-on learning and professional growth in environmental remediation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Ability to safely perform routine field activities including sampling techniques and oversight of subcontractors.
• Entry level data evaluation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in preparation and review of data tables, soil boring logs, figures, and other technical reports.
• Support field activities including sample collection and monitoring with subcontractors under supervision.
• Assist in calibration of sampling/monitoring equipment and field execution of environmental investigations.
