Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a field equipment operator to support safety-driven environmental services. You will operate excavators and forklifts, learn DOT, EPA and OSHA regulations, and complete required paperwork.

The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, overtime flexibility, and the ability to pass background checks and drug tests. CDL is preferred but not required, with opportunities for training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience operating excavators and other equipment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to consent to background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, forklifts, and other equipment as assigned.
• Develop understanding of DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations and TEI safety practices.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform pre- and post-use inspections.
• Stabilize and dispose of EPA-listed hazardous waste per procedures.
• Process waste per landfill, waste-to-energy, and recycling specs.
• Maintain facility to meet permit requirements and assist Facility Manager.
