Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Engineering Intern to join our Environmental Services team in Boston, MA. You’ll work with a dynamic team on a diverse portfolio of public, federal, and industrial projects.

Students will research environmental information to support analyses and design and evaluate data to determine usability for analyses and modeling. You will also assist in developing documents and presentations to disseminate study information, and may assist with fieldwork to collect

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's engineering program (Environmental/Civil/Chemical) is required.
• Interest in environmental data analysis and modeling.
• Travel up to 10% or less as per job posting.

Responsibilities

• Research environmental information to support analyses and design.
• Evaluate data to determine usability for analyses and modeling.
• Develop documents and presentations to disseminate study information; assist with fieldwork to collect data.
• Exposure to ArcGIS, CADD, Excel and Access to display and manage data.

Education

Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field
