Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC is seeking an Environmental Engineer III to join our teams in Anchorage, AK or other locations. You will collect, synthesize, and document data on environmental compliance tasks such as stormwater, wastewater, air quality, and waste regulations, while supporting permit preparation and reporting.

The role requires 7–15 years of experience, a broad regulatory understanding, and the ability to lead projects and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or other engineering discipline.
• 7–15 years of experience working on environmental projects.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups per regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with environmental technicians for data collection and site evaluation.
• Provide technical guidance and prepare written project documentation.
• Review processes to obtain and update environmental permits and plans.
• Mentor junior staff and lead project teams.
