Job summary

Brice Engineering LLC in Alaska seeks an Environmental Engineer II to join our team. You will work from our offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks, or other listed locations, collecting and synthesizing data for environmental compliance.

You will support field efforts, permit reviews, and regulatory reporting with a focus on stormwater, wastewater, and air quality. The role emphasizes site investigations, data analysis, and collaboration with junior staff while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years on environmental projects or in an environmental analytical lab.
• Must meet ADEC’s definition of a Qualified Professional.
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, assessments, investigations, and cleanups per regulations.
• Collaborate with technicians on data collection and evaluation of outcomes.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project staff on written documentation.
• Review permits, plans, reports, licenses, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare charts/graphs and summarize data relevance.
• Support project planning and responses to RFPs.
