Job summary

Water & Environmental Technologies (WET) in Butte, MT seeks an entry-level Staff Environmental Engineer/Hydrogeologist/Geological Engineer/Geologist to apply core environmental and geoscience principles. The role supports environmental and geoscience projects with field data collection, reports, and design solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, travel to job sites, and assist with QA/QC to meet WET standards while advancing professional

Qualifications

ABET-accredited degree required or related field in environmental/geoscience.
Ability to obtain EI or GIT certification within two years if not licensed.
Minimum 2 years experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Collect field data and assist with engineering reports.
Develop work plans and calculations; conduct field investigations.
Oversee drilling and construction activities; ensure regulatory compliance.
Prepare and assist with project reports and proposals.
