Responsibilities include preparing SPCC plans, Title V permit support, and regulatory liaison across agencies, while traveling 20-40% to field locations. CRC offers comprehensive benefits and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, civil, chemical, mechanical, petroleum, or a related engineering discipline.
• Three+ years of environmental engineering or compliance experience in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of SPCC requirements and California air regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, update, sign, and seal SPCC Plans per 40 CFR Part 112 and CA requirements.
• Evaluate SPCC applicability and containment, inspections, and plan amendments.
• Develop facility diagrams, calculations, and documentation supporting SPCC Plans.
• Provide engineering support for spill prevention projects and release response.
• Coordinate Title V permit applications and regulatory submittals.
• Develop compliance strategies and communicate requirements to field teams.
