If you're looking for a career that offers technical diversity, professional growth, and meaningful project work, we'd love to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prepare engineering analyses, technical reports, and calculations supporting environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
  • Design and evaluate environmental systems related to emissions, water management, and environmental compliance.
  • Prepare permit applications for state and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Assist with air quality permitting, emissions inventories, and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories and CARB/EPA reporting.
  • Develop Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and other environmental compliance documents.
  • Support groundwater, produced water, and wastewater management projects.
  • Conduct engineering evaluations, field investigations, inspections, and environmental assessments.
  • Analyze environmental data and prepare technical memoranda and engineering reports.
  • Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project teams.
  • Support project managers in delivering high-quality environmental consulting services.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a closely related engineering or earth science discipline.
  • 0–5+ years of environmental engineering or consulting experience.
  • Strong analytical, technical writing, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience
  • Air quality permitting and emissions calculations
  • Greenhouse gas reporting (CARB/EPA)
  • Water quality permitting and regulatory compliance
  • Stormwater compliance (SWPPP)
  • SPCC Plans
  • CEQA/NEPA documentation
  • Groundwater and hydrogeologic investigations
  • Environmental permitting
  • GIS, AutoCAD, or environmental modeling software
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Optional 9/80 flexible work schedule
  • Professional development and continuing education
