Job summary

Arclin is seeking an Environmental Engineer to partner with the Site EHS Manager and plant leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable operations. The role provides expertise in permitting, reporting, incident investigations, and continuous improvement across site activities.

You will support MOC processes, manage audits, and drive environmental performance toward zero incidents and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in environmental compliance within process industries.
• Experience with RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA, TRI, SPCC, wastewater and stormwater.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Manage environmental permitting requirements and reporting obligations.
• Lead environmental risk assessments and drive corrective actions.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) for new equipment and process changes.
• Maintain ISO 14001 EMS and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations to reduce waste and improve recycling.
• Lead investigations of environmental incidents and root cause analyses.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
