Eaton's AER MSD Mission System Division in Davenport, IA is seeking an Environmental Engineer to ensure site compliance with environmental and health regulations and drive sustainability.

You will work with the EHS Site Lead to implement programs, manage permits, conduct audits, and support the MESH framework, ISO 14001, and waste/water management. The role requires knowledge of EPA regulations and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with environmental programs (Tier II, TRI, NESHAP, etc.).
• U.S. export-control eligibility; must be a U.S. person as defined for certain roles.

Responsabilités

• Ensure site compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations (RCRA, SWPPP, AIR, WASTEWATER, GHS).
• Develop and manage environmental trainings and site-wide communications.
• Support management of change process for new processes, equipment, chemical, and other changes.
• Liaise with external regulatory agencies during environmental audits and follow-ups.
