Job summary

Arclin USA LLC is seeking an Environmental Engineer to partner with the Site EHS Manager and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and support sustainability initiatives at the Richmond, VA site. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of environmental compliance experience in chemical/industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with regulations including RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA, TRI, SPCC, wastewater and stormwater programs.
• Experience preparing regulatory reports and managing environmental compliance programs.
• Knowledge of industrial chemical processes and associated environmental risks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations across site operations.
• Prepare and submit environmental compliance reports (TRI, Tier II, emissions inventories, etc.).
• Support MOC processes for new equipment and process changes.
• Lead or support investigations of environmental incidents and permit deviations.
• Maintain and improve ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and sustainability KPIs.
