Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking an Environmental Co-Op/Intern in Tomahawk, WI. The role collects and analyzes environmental samples, maintains records, and supports compliance programs across mill operations.

The position requires a 3.0/4.0 GPA, major in Chemical/Civil/Environmental Engineering, US residency, and a valid driver's license. On-site internship with PCA benefits and real-world project exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA required.
• Must be majoring in Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Must be a permanent U.S. resident with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and manage environmental samples including wastewater, stormwater, and other mill process areas.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and update or create SOPs as needed.
• Maintain and improve environmental records and documentation systems including emissions data and compliance reports.
• Participate in projects related to wastewater treatment, landfill operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with environmental engineers and mill personnel to ensure safe, compliant operations.
