Job summary

Select Search, LLC is seeking an Environmental Engineer for a large Hampton Roads manufacturing facility. This is an on-site, full-time role within the established EHS team and reports to the Site EHS Manager.

You will drive regulatory oversight, data tracking, and continuous improvement of environmental programs. You will manage day-to-day compliance with local, state, and federal laws, collect data for agencies, oversee air, waste, and wastewater permits, lead audits, and train personnel to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of environmental compliance experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Familiarity with Air compliance.
• Knowledge of RCRA hazardous waste management.
• Experience with NPDES water discharge regulations.
• Experience managing TRI (Form R) reporting.
